Christine (“Tina”) Nicolaides Kearns is the Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer and member of the Board of Directors of the B.F. Saul Company, one of the largest privately-owned real estate companies in the Washington, D.C. area focused on the ownership, development and construction of commercial real estate. She is also Executive Vice President and Chief Legal and Administrative Officer of Saul Centers, Inc. (NYSE:BFS), an equity real estate and investment trust. In addition, Tina serves as Vice Chair of the Board and General Counsel of Chevy Chase Trust Company, a wealth management and investment firm with over 20 billion in assets under management, and is Vice Chair of the Board of ASB Capital Management, LLC.

Previously, Tina was the Managing Partner of the Washington D.C. office of Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman, with a litigation practice focusing on employment matters. She successfully argued cases in many state and federal courts, including the United States Courts of Appeals for the District of Columbia, Fourth and Second Circuits. Tina was included in Washingtonian’s Top Lawyers in 2009, 2011 and 2013. During her 27 year career at Pillsbury and its predecessor firm, she served at various times as Chair of the Recruiting Committee, as a member and Chair of the Partner Compensation Committee and as a member of the Board of Directors.

Tina received her undergraduate degree from Duke University and Juris Doctor from the Vanderbilt University School of Law. She is a native Washingtonian with four grown children.
